Master: Beat Dark Grey in Impossible Obby, Beat THE tower of hell, or anything similar. Legend: Beat The Impossible Obby, Beat Thanos Tower in jtoh, Beat all of jtoh ring 1, make it to nil in a difficulty chart, or anything on that level. Overlord: Beat The Ultimate Obby, Finish Nil in a difficulty chart, or anything harder.
