[HR GUIDLINES] To be an HR you must be accepted by a Field Marshal+ and must be experienced in war groups or clans. You must also get the respect of RMF members. [PROMOTIONS] To be promoted you must be active,go to events and excel in trainings. Only Captain+ can promote. [EXPECTATIONS] ALL members must have grammar and respect.
