Description
The Paqachars are a confederation of small pastoralist tribes from the East, driven to migrate to central Acridin after being displaced by an far-away empire. They are Shamanists who worship # ### in the sky called Sarlagkhan. They are reputed to be skilled in the saddle and quick with a bow, but of their character or reliability, nothing yet can be said.
