The Republic of Korvia #775357745
Description
The Great Tsardom of Volgravia is a centralized state ruled by the Tsar, with a structured government made up of ministers, provincial governors, and local officials. Citizens begin their lives under the Tsardom as commoners, free to live, work, and participate in society without restriction. While the government manages trade, taxation, and defense, there is no law restricting personal ambition: a citizen may remain in their community, pursue trade or craft, or choose to train and serve as a warrior. Advancement depends on skill, determination, and opportunity, not birthright alone. The Tsardom values loyalty, competence, and initiative, making Volgravia a place where ordinary citizens can rise within its ranks or simply live as they choose, all under the watch of a strong, organized government.
