OtherENhistoricalfictional_gangwarriors_universe
Description
The Hi-Hats were a prominent street gang in New York City around the time of the meeting, and ### of the gangs that attended the conclave. The Hi-Hats could be recognised by their red and white attire, as they dressed similar to mimes and rarely spoke. The Hi-Hats territory was #### in Manhattan; SoHo was also the home of the Electric ############ which led to a rivalry between the ### gangs. For some time, the Hi-Hats were led by Chatterbox, an overweight man with a stutter; however, Chatterbox was killed as part of the short rivalry between the Hi-Hats and the Coney Island-based gang The Warriors.
