The Concord Strategic Pursuit Intervention or CSPI is an Agency within Berkeley County. We are not a Whitelisted Agency, we are Unofficial and not Registered. Our purpose is to Neutralize Servers that have many speeders and many reckless drivers. Our purpose is not to Replace the CSP-PIT, it’s to assist them when they need it and whenever they are busy with a different task.
