They Are Not Allowed In or Around Combat Unless They Are A Combative Diplomat. They Aren't Allowed Combat Training of Any Sort. They Must Be Good When It Comes To Negotiation Especially Under Pressure Due To The Certain Relations Of DS-X (Death Squad-X).
