Description
"Beneath Stone, Beside the Forge." In the years following the unification of the dwarven clans under High King Thurdrol Forgefall, the kingdom entered an age of prosperity unseen since the ancient days. Great roads were carved through the mountains, mighty forges roared day and night, and the banners of Tharak-Dûm flew proudly above every hold. Yet beneath this golden age, darkness stirred. Hidden cults emerged in forgotten tunnels. Ancient relics of forbidden origin were uncovered by reckless miners. Clan feuds festered into conspiracies, and whispers of treachery spread through the deepest halls. The Deepwardens remained vigilant against threats from beyond the kingdom, but High King Thurdrol recognized that a different enemy was taking root one hidden within the realm itself.
