ABOUT US The Department of Combative Affairs (DCA) is Cougar Industries’ central authority for all combat-related operations, forces, and initiatives. As the command and oversight entity responsible for the Cougar Armed Forces (CAF), the DCA directs the deployment, structure, and tactical objectives of Cougar Industries’ military infrastructure worldwide. All CAF divisions, support units, and tactical assets operate under the strategic direction of DCA High Command. OUR MISSION The Department of Combative Affairs exists to ensure that all Cougar Industries combat assets are aligned, lethal, and effective in the protection and advancement of the Utopia Initiative. Our mission is to coordinate and maintain operational superiority across all environments — whether on land, sea, air, or classified operational zones.
