It handles command, paperwork, clearances, reports, orders, and all the boring things people only notice when they stop working. ➤ Every department answers to CAB in some way. NetWatch, NetMain, NRC, field teams, station leads — all of them rely on CAB to keep missions organized and the chain of command intact. ➤ CAB decides who goes where, who gets access to what, and which problems need to be dealt with first. Nothing moves through the Network without someone in Administration signing off on it. ➤ Working in CAB means staying calm when everything else is falling apart. You keep records, follow procedure, and make sure nobody “improvises” the whole Bureau into a collapse. ➤ The Network survives because someone is keeping track. That someone is CAB.
