Description

The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons or as torture devices. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing several dangerous SCPs. The Chaos Insurgency has access to a more limited amount of SCPs than the Foundation, but are more willing to use them without restriction. The Chaos Insurgency Russian branch, also to be referred to as "her Insurgency", was commissioned November 27th 1951 to operate as the motherland's ardent servant in hopes of accomplishing the one goal all branches of the Insurgency are bound by.
