We are in between Regular Robloxians and Admins, to be in this group you must have a hat over 500 R$ or have over 500 KOs and not spam, spawnkill, overuse free models, make crappy ads, teamkill etc. To be in Top Hat High Class you must have over 1100 KOs and have any top hat. Here's how get 1 top hat so u can be at 2nd class robloxian if u got 2 top hats u will be at 1st Class robloxian if u got 3 top hats u will be at Grand Class Robloxian so good luck
