Description
The Syndicate of the Black Suit is an elite, paramilitary criminal empire that serves as the silent architect of the nation’s power. Operating in the factory, they have moved beyond the "thug" stereotype, choosing instead to wear the uniform of the elite—the black suit—signifying their role as the grim reapers of the political world. The Syndicate operates on a principle of Cooperative Corruption. We do not fight the government; they own it. By providing "security" and "problem-solving" services to the highest-ranking officials, we have made themselves indispensable to the state. We are the ones who handle the jobs the law cannot touch: the high-risk theft of state secrets, the elimination of uncooperative radicals, and the enforcement of order in the city's darkest districts.
