Officially instated 2 years after Horizon Incorporated's founding, currently led by High Commander Cola. THIS IS A TCZ FACTION AND ONLY OPERATES IN SAID GAME. REQUIREMENTS: 1. BE IN THE MAIN GROUP 2. BE IN THE MAIN COMMS 3. HAVE SOME KIND OF EXPERIENCE IN THE COOL ZONE (Ex// 50+ hours of playtime.) IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS YOU WILL STAY AT CANDIDATE UNTIL YOU DO.
