Description
Finland, shaken by the Winter War of 1939, focused intensely on rebuilding and fortifying its military in 1941, preparing for the Continuation War against the Soviet Union. Increased funding improved equipment and training, while new divisions were formed and defensive positions fortified along the eastern border. The nation's collective effort and military readiness showcased Finland's unyielding resolve to defend its sovereignty and emerge stronger. Finland was ready for a new confrontation with the Soviets, determined to reclaim lost territories and secure its independence.
