Description
"The Species Over the Specimen." The Consolidated Human Restoration Authority (CHRA) is a Tier-1 Federal Agency mandated to oversee the containment, study, and correction of the #.#.#.# Variant, or the #####-###### outbreak. As the primary governing body for addressing this illness, the CHRA operates under a singular directive: the preservation of the human species from the virus. Funded and protected by General Victor Halvorsen, the General’s words towards the program were the following; “Humankind will not be allowed to falter with such a disgrace that would be to let the creation that birthed said illness to win, no, but to use the aberrants of society to fuel and rewire what that very illness is. Together, as an association, we can better the land we step foot upon, and give humanity a new meaning. May the aberrants of the world be corrected, and brought to a larger purpose where they can serve this nation well. May all go in favor, and place your trust in the CHRA. Thank you.”
