"From this day on, the Belmont Clan will hunt the night." The Belmont Clan, or the House of Belmont is an important and prominent supernatural hunter clan. Since the Eleventh Century, the Belmonts have been entrusted with the duty of slaying Count Dracula and various other creatures of the night. Their clan was founded by the Ex-Baron Leon Belmont for the purpose of protecting the innocent and hunting the malevolent creatures of the night. The Belmonts are widely recognized as among the greatest vampire hunters in the world.
