The League of Communists of Yugoslavia is the Communist Party and leading party of Yugoslavia. The purpose of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia is to protect and defend the Yugoslav workers and to maintain socialist laws and a socialist economy within the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The League of Communists of Yugoslavia shall have 3 equal branches, the Executive Branch or the Central Committee, Legislative Branch or the Politburo, and Judicial Branch or the Supreme Court. . Every State Employee needs to be in the League of Communists. To be in any Yugoslav Military Division, you must join the League of Communists of Yugoslavia. Although, Party members shall not have the right to attend League of Communists meetings or be ranked 'League of Communists' in the main group, only trusted members chosen by the Premier and General Secretary ranked Party Committee+ have these rights.
