Description
The entity designated “Blackwall Initiative” is an unidentified paramilitary organization exhibiting advanced combat coordination, anomalous-level tactical awareness, and a consistent pattern of intervention during hostile assaults on Foundation facilities. Blackwall forces are not affiliated with the SCP Foundation, and no formal diplomatic contact has been established. Despite this, they have repeatedly engaged and neutralized hostile Groups of Interest (GOIs) during active incursions against Foundation Sites. Their motives remain unclear.
