Description
Sub Faction is currently closed until further notice. As of now we are making the Faction and such. Only one's allowed by the Council are permitted in. A group of elite hitmen and assassins led by Levian of the “3”, they handle the dirty work and elite missions of Power, and are the strongest legion that Power has. Currently the only person to survive an encounter by the Black Network is the Survivor, the only person to repel an invasion done by them.
