It was originally created as a PMC, but moved over to just modern military. There has been two groups created for HPS, the original one which was shut down due to admin abstruction, and this one. The second group was taken, until January 1st, 2016 when Darthvader887 reclaimed the group. To rebuild. To recover. The final decision of the group as of 10/16/16 is to memorialize it.
