Description

C.E.L.P C.E.L.P was a small government which during the time of The Solar Flares which ravaged the planet, they used what they know about hyperspace, and brought billions of people with them to a city. This city was later destroyed, a new one was made, and more people came. A virus which was similar to reports that were heard of what happened to Earth after they left, broke out. Except with many differences. They called whoever Transformed Maniacs. The main issue with this factor is that there is many more viruses, which are undiscovered and can break out at any minute. With this being said, currently C.E.L.P has a research team which is trying to find a cure for this virus which they named, The Contes Virus. They must find a cure and keep humanity alive.
