Description
The Council of order within the high ranks of the M.S.O.S. In order to join the council, one must complete the academy by being the top rank. Once I have seen you being ranked as the top, I will give you permission for entry upon the council. The Council is simply where High Ranks plan for treaties, raiding, and trainings all together in one group. You may leave the Academy once in this group if you'd like. Further questions go to me. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[M.S.O.S]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [UNIFORMING] Just wear your plain HR uniform during duty. No need to buy another uniform. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[M.S.O.S]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [RECOMMENDING] I didn't tell you this earlier, but if you recommend someone of extraordinary value or ###### ### may recommend them to me to be in the council, even if they are not a high rank. This is very rare I will tell you now, but if you ever think you see outstanding performance, then go ahead.
