Description

Legio Quarta Praesidaria As the Order of the Crimson Hand continued to expand its territories, the manpower of the State appeared to be insufficient to manage its vast domains. Due to this reason, the Count of Moliere was commissioned a charter to enlist men throughout the provinces of the Order to raise a new legion for the security of the hinterlands. Unlike previous legions raised, the soldiers of the Fourth legion have no ubiquitous land of origin. The population density of the County of Moliere was too scarce to allow the raising of a new army on its soil, therefore the Call to Arms order had to be issued throughout the rear provinces. Eager conscripts from all across Imaperia flocked to join its ranks. This gave the Fourth Legion a unique diversity of cultures, earning it fame for eccentricity. The Fourth Legion is currently stationed and headquartered at the County of Moliere.
