Description

[SCPF] ||| Special Containment Procedures --- The SCP Foundation has more dangerous anomalies, that need more experienced personnel to handle. This is why the Heavy Containment Zone Divison, was created to use ethical testing, on more dangerous anomalies, falling into the Euclid and Keter, levels of containment.
