Owners Notes: All major information per genre > per your standing within the shinobi ranks (power/maturity) Permanent Death is enabled at Genin(except. Criminal) . You are not conflicted with PD as a civillian (note./o default) or as an Academy Student. When you die within PD rules you start over with an entire new character; related or nonrelated to your current character. Clans are allied to the lands you are represented in and cost 2,500 R$ to officialize. (5+ active members) (20+ active members to exempt 2,500 cost/decrease to 750 R$) Daimyō is a civillian rank obtained by reaching regional leadership as a civillian; Daimyō are elected officials by majority vote of civillians and shinobi; A shinobi cannot be a Daimyō. Only a senior jounin+ can retire from the shinobi life. Retired Shinobi are another exception from the PD rules; but Retired Shinobi are limited to what they can accomplish.
