Description

After The Cold War, The Soviet Union established a Official Soviet Agency for the selected Loyalist of Moscow, allowing Soviet citizens to be ranked from their specialities. A Military and separate communist Government has taken 2/3 of Moscow and transformed it into a powerful community. Those who are accepted into this group are assigned ranks according to their works and their performances. Political rallies have been permitted to these special few and they are allowed to decide who gets to rule, Officially collapsing Dictatorship. With this newly founded (Christian Accepting) civilization, the new orders are passed.
