- Info - The Officer Academy will strive to train new Starter into the academy of the IronWill. Starters will only start as a cadet, but they will soon grow into a Commissioned Officer. The Training & Education Officer's will train new Cadets to make them a new brother, an officer. You will be the Discipline of the IronWill Battalion. You will have to strive to beat this requirement. Are you ready, cadet? For you are about to start a long journey, that'll be worth it, in the end. This is your Major, Signing off. - -
