Description
𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒𝐆𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐃 The Kingsguard stood as the sworn protectors of House Targaryen and the Iron Throne during the Blackfyre Rebellion, bound by sacred vows of loyalty, chastity, and service. Clad in white armor and white cloaks, these legendary knights defended King Daeron II and the royal family against the growing threat posed by Daemon Blackfyre’s rebellion. Among their ranks served some of the greatest warriors in Westeros, men whose honor and skill became symbols of royal legitimacy. The Kingsguard fought beside the loyalist armies during the war, guarding princes, commanders, and the king himself through the chaos of battle. Even as noble houses turned against one another, the White Swords remained sworn only to the crown. Their unwavering duty during the rebellion helped preserve the Targaryen dynasty at one of its most dangerous moments since the Dance of the Dragons.
