Welcome to the Golden Coast Staff Training Command (STC)! We are the official staff training division for Golden Coast ER:LC, dedicated to developing skilled, professional, and trustworthy moderators. Our mission is to prepare staff members with the knowledge, confidence, and leadership needed to provide a fair, enjoyable, and safe roleplay experience for the entire community. At STC, we focus on: • Moderator training and certification • Staff professionalism and conduct • Conflict resolution and rule enforcement • Communication and leadership development • Preparing future supervisors and administrators Our Motto: "Building Tomorrow's Moderators Today."
