Description
The Norwegian Special Operations Commando F-S-K is the Norwegian armed branch tasked to protect and secure important political and non-political infrastructure and personnel, located inside and outside Norway. With the help from local embassies all around the world, F-S-K is tasked to provide local and foreign armed security to the civilian population. These include direct action, airfield seizure, airborne and air assaults, special reconnaissance, personnel recovery, and high-value target raids. Abbreviated F-S-K selects, educates, and trains paratroopers and SOF operators, and produces officers for the Norwegian Armed Forces. F-S-K is on both national and international standby for special operations and CT operations.
