The Kheshig Order #8021116
Description
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪The Kheshig Order₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪ [Information] The Kheshig were the Imperial Body Guards for Mongol royalty in the Mongol Empire. Their primary purpose was to act as bodyguards for the Emperors Family. They were distinct from the regular army and would not go to battle with them, instead stayed with the Emperor and his family as was their sworn duty. If the Emperor went to the frontlines or ever fought in battle it is said that his Kheshig bodyguards were there beside him, laying down their lives for there Khan's victory. They were divided into two groups: the day guard (Torguud) and the night guard (Khevtuul)
