Description
The Dynasty is our training group for roles such as Colonel or a promotion. This is required to be promoted to HR without Chief Officer+ approval. Our stages: Stage 1 - Beginner. You are given general training at this point. You are appointed to this stage unless decided otherwise. Getting to stage 2 involves a test. Stage 2 - Leadership. You are trained and tested in leadership. Getting to stage 3 involves a test and hosting a training. Stage 3 - Management. You are trained, tested, and given power in management. Passing this stage is the hardest. Passing this will result in promotion to Passed or to Stage 4 for HR promotion. Stage 4 - Executive Test. You are trained on all other stages until you are given the Executive Test. Failing results in a demotion from Lieutenant Colonel to the rank you had, being retested, or being set back to a previous stage. Passing results in promotion to HR Colonel. Passed - Users that passed and were promoted. They can request reset to stage 1.
