Description
Pokémon Rainbow Staff [P.R.S.], is an old war clan that used to launch raids against E.L. and other big groups. We were a Pokémon based military with our supreme leader being evanbear1. The group started to decline in activity over the years and eventually became nonactive. The group was eventually owned by Slasher119, an old general in the group, who tried to revive P.R.S, but no one was active, so it failed. After many tries to get people active, Slasher119 gave up on the group and moved on to other clans. Anyone is free to take this group and attempt to revive it.
