In order to become a citizen, you have to be Corporal+ in United Nation rats, rat ninja in Rusia rats or Rat soldier+ in Ratty County 5. In order to become a Dilpomatic Citizen, you need to be an official or High ranks in United nation rat, rusia rats or ratty county We joined the United Nation Rats and we are looking to be a new developed country!
