Description
INFORMATION: The Chaos Insurgency was originally a task force composed of handpicked members of Epsilon-11 and Alpha-1. Until due to aspirations against the foundation as well as, for the more empathetic members, unethical operations the O5 was ordering the clandestine task force to partake in, the CI was formed, when the task force split from the foundation. Since then, their goals can be assumed as power, money, weaponising anomalies and taking out the foundation which it has had a historic rivalry with - but, nobody really knows what they truly want.
