L O R E : The founders of Quili were named: Belian, Drio and lastly Vix. They had things that made them.. Rather odd, the trio agreed to make a place for the Peculiar and people like them where they learnt what their powers would be and use them correctly. But the trio vanished for a long time, BUT their was a School Master that was always in their tower..
