CHAOS INSURGENCY Concept Origin — 1924 ──────────────────────── The Insurgency is a paramilitary organization committed to seizing, studying, and weaponizing anomalous entities. It rejects the Foundation’s doctrine of containment, regarding suppression as both weakness and a barrier to progress.
