Hi im Mia Im the owner of M H S it stands for Mental Health Squad! The groups aim is to help people out who suffer with depression and in general just struggling with life. We all have bad days and people suffer from depression and Anxiety anger and many more and there isn't many ways we can get help with everything going on and in general there is no funds for Mental Health and its way bigger than it seems many people struggle with it and some struggle to cope on a daily basis.
