The Canadian Army Doctrine & Training Centre (CADTC) serves as the official training and development command of our Canadian Army. CADTC is responsible for the instruction, evaluation, and professional development of all personnel — from new recruits to commissioned officers. Our mission is to: • Conduct Basic Military Qualification (BMQ) • Train and certify Non-Commissioned Officers • Operate Officer Training School • Develop leadership, discipline, and field skills • Maintain doctrine and operational standards All soldiers must complete required training through CADTC before assignment to operational regiments. We uphold the core values of the Canadian Armed Forces: Duty. Loyalty. Integrity. Courage. Failure to follow orders, maintain discipline, or respect the chain of command will result in removal from training. Train Hard. Lead Strong. Serve Canada. 🇨🇦
