If you're too cheap, too poor, or too lazy (I'm all three) to afford this package, you can still wear them by coloring your head (and ONLY your head) black in the "Advanced" settings section under "Skintone" in the Avatar Editor. This way, your avatar's "real" face won't be visible. (You can also wear a black hair accessory with it, like the "Black Beautiful Hair for Beautiful People" or the "Black Ponytail")
