Description
Barbuda is an island country in the Northern Caribbean, classified as a “constituent country” of Antigua and Barbuda. Antigua and Barbuda acts on behalf of the Barbuda in foreign affairs and defence issues, but only when requested so by the Barbudan Government and with its advice and permission. Antigua and Barbuda is a Federal Monarchy, with every parish and dependency having its own monarchy.
