Description
🍃 Intro - The group is constructed of the “Hetsuoki” [鹤冈] Vessels, and Underlings. The Vessels Are Either Taijutsu Vessels, or Ninjutsu Vessels, no matter it is the vessels who must become strong to become an underling. Every Hetsu you meet is destined to have lethal, brutal force to be used to kill anybody in the Hetsu’s way, Hetsu the Organization will complete what Akatsuki has started and failed to end with. 🍃 Status - Rogue 🍃 Purpose - PVP, RPG, Arena.
