Est. 2020 ———————————————— ENCLAVE ———————————————— ENCLAVE ———————————————— POTUS: Xyseule VPOTUS: SamulatinusRoscanius ———————————————— ENCLAVE ———————————————— ENCLAVE ———————————————— After the vault was raided and destroyed by a returning chapter of Brotherhood, MODUS and his government, along with some of the secret service fled to the capital of its colonial counterpart, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After breaking in into Independence Hall, the president declared that this was where they’d rebuild, where they’d continue the newfound American Dream, and that they would not lose grip just yet. Thus, Philadelphia, or atleast that small part of it, was now the capital of the Enclave Reconstuction Authority. It didn’t take long to purge what was left of the pre-war mutants from the area, claiming Western Pennsylvania for themselves.
