[JBA] Headquarters HQ #821458004
Description
The British Army HQ is the highest command authority within our military roleplay community, responsible for maintaining order, discipline, structure, and professionalism across all divisions and regiments. All major decisions, including promotions, demotions, training standards, operations planning, and disciplinary actions, are handled or approved through HQ leadership. HQ exists to ensure the entire army runs efficiently and realistically, following a strict chain of command. Every soldier is expected to respect ranks above them and carry out duties with professionalism at all times. Failure to follow regulations or disobey orders may result in disciplinary action depending on severity. Within HQ, leadership focuses on organizing trainings, hosting events, supervising regimental activity, and ensuring all units maintain high standards. We also monitor recruitment to make sure only dedicated and capable individuals are moving up the ranks. Activity, discipline, teamwork,
