Description
The Anti-Washiez Act is a group dedicated to preventing Washiez from continuing to profit from overworking its staff through demanding and excessive requirements. The group believes that staff members should not have to constantly meet unreasonable activity requirements just to keep their positions or benefits. Our goal is to bring more attention to these practices and encourage a fairer system for staff. We also support the idea of providing **Premium/Plus payouts** more regularly, rather than only occasionally, so that staff who put in significant time and effort can actually receive meaningful rewards for their work. The Anti-Washiez Act stands for fair treatment, reasonable requirements, and better rewards for staff. We want to encourage Washiez to reconsider how its staff system operates and ensure that the people contributing their time to the group are properly recognized and compensated.
