💂 |OTC| Officer Training Corps [ABOUT] The OTC recruits, prepares future leaders in the Armed Forces and provides them with the skills of leadership, discipline and command. The OTC prepares individuals to become effective leaders within the Army and to maintain their professionalism. [DUTIES] • Train and assess candidates in leadership, decision-making, and command responsibilities. • Prepare personnel for officer roles through structured training sessions and evaluations. • Support ETS by maintaining high standards and producing competent leaders for the Army. [MEMBERSHIP] Applications are posted regularly in the appropriate channels. If you are motivated, disciplined, and interested in leadership, we would be glad to have you join OTC.
