-Alt History- Instead of January 30th, 1902 of the Anglo-Japanese Treaty of Alliance it turned into a creation of an Empire. The Empire was not gonna be made until the Treaty of Alliance was talked about due to Russia and Japan likely going to war. With this Alliance it as well stops France entering the war. But to assure the upholding promise of the Treaty, the House of Windsor ############# and Yamato. Agree to unify their countries but still hold isolationist values. Now the born of the Empire has began. BANZAI! FOR THE EMPIRE!
