First Past the Post is a structured U.S. government roleplay community. Versions: Canon - Full RP with lasting effects. Presidents are elected every 4 months. Impeachments, resignations, and storylines carry consequences. Non-Canon - Flexible, fun-focused RP. Chaos and experimentation without affecting the main group. Scenarios: Standard White House RP (1800s & modern), Civil War, Foreign Affairs. Rules: Major roles require commitment; switching requires in-character resignation, removal, or death. Violence must be realistic and consequence-heavy. No FRP (Fail Roleplay). Media and combat roles may not overlap in the same RP.
