🌿 𝙾𝚂 𝙽𝙴𝚄𝙱𝚄𝚁𝙶𝚄𝙽𝙳 𝙾𝚂 𝙽𝙴𝚆 𝙱𝚄𝚁𝙶𝚄𝙽𝙳𝚈 🕓 𝙲: 𝟷𝟿𝟼𝟺 𝚂𝚈𝙽𝙾𝙿𝚂𝙸𝚂 An artificial state drawing on a defunct medieval kingdom, carved out of the conquered territories of France and the Benelux following the Second Weltkrieg, New Burgundy is a highly industrialized unitary state under an authoritarian military government. Burgundy is hyperisolationist and highly secretive, often nicknamed the "Shadow State" for its seeming invisibility from the outside. Rumors from the nation paint a tale of a country with a culture like Sparta, with more factories than houses, security patrols on every street corner, and an intelligence network capable of playing world affairs like a marionette. The time draws nearer for Burgundy to reveal whether these rumors are fact or fiction.
